a golf club that hits the ball on its own a golf ball that always flies straight a golf te that got a player find $30,000 these are just three of the craziest banned golf products Adam and I are going to be testing today the only goal is to decide if they should be unbanned or not first is the Arnold Palmer golf ball why is it banned it’s literally because it’s too small basically the RNA which is you know one of the companies that makes the rules for Golf said that no ball can be smaller than 1.68 in around because the Arnold Palmer ball is only 1.62 in around no players allowed to use it I still think that we should test it against normal siiz ball though to see which one goes further let’s do it first I’m going to hit this normal size ball let’s see how far it goes oh that was nasty the shot tracker says it went 280 yards next we have the iron Palmer golf ball let’s see how far it [Music] goes oh yo the Arnold Palmer ball went 30 yards further than the regular ball yo that was crazy crazy that Ball’s amazing I think the PGA Tour should unban it so we can see how far Pros hit it next are these golf shoes with really big spikes they’re literally banned because the spikes are so big apparently they ruin the green yeah these are massive and so sharp so I want to test them out but obviously bro I don’t want to ruin any greens so what we’re going to do is we’re going to actually test it on this Play-Doh yeah we’re going to test it out on some Play-Doh so we’re going to compare these shoes with really big spikes to a normal pair of golf shoes to see which one causes bigger divots in the Play-Doh it’s a good idea let’s do it all right first first I’m going to step with my left foot this is a non banju so we’re going to see how much damage it does to the Play-Doh so I’m not really pressing down it’s just like a normal press you see on the green it’s it’s stuck but that’s okay let’s peel it off so the divot pattern is like pretty normal yeah it looks like what you’d expect out of it okay now let’s step with my right foot on this here this is the bans shoe with the really big spikes same pressure as the last time see peel it off oh my God that’s a huge difference look at the damage it causes to he that’ll destroy any green that’s crazy I think honestly this shoe keep it B 100% keep that Bann next is a product called slick stick it’s banned because apparently it caused the ball to go completely straight check it out yeah so uh creamy wow so you rub the cream on the face like this and it’s so creamy that it will stop the ball from spinning which you will make it go super straight you think we should test it out yeah let’s test it out so first we’re going to hit a shot without any cream on the [Music] face oh you striped that little left Garmin says 220 7° left okay so this time we’re going to apply the cream in theory it should go straighter never in my life have ever tried this so This in theory should be [Music] 0° well 20° to the right this time that’s gone what do you think Adam should it be unbanned or not that should be banned for sure that did absolutely nothing I think it made it more slippery actually to be honest so for the next product Adam we have golf ball again this time they’re anti- slice golf balls so the box says they correct slices and hooks by 75% so it should work for sure right cuz the box says it if you open up the box you’ll see on the top there’s this little line the line even says ultimate straight so 100% it’s going to go straight well I’ve been battling a pretty bad slice lately so I definitely want to try them out and see if they do fix my I really hope for you it does all right let’s go try it out all right first I’m going to hit this prov1 this normal ball we’ll see how much it slices hopefully not that much let’s see it Harry bro did that not go dead straight but into the woods uh yeah I’m pretty sure went in the woods so now POA golf ball this is the anti- slice apparently golf ball I don’t know maybe it’ll actually make me go completely straight we’ll see I’m going to line up the line on the top that says ultimate straight with the [Music] Fairway oh wait that actually went pretty straight unban it that thing’s incredible the good news is that the products coming up are getting a whole lot crazier that was amazing what the heck next is the John daily gol te is that a beverage can it’s a beverage can during the 2008 Buick open John Daly hit a ball off of a beverage can and the PGA Tour was not very happy so they find him $330,000 you think you can hit a ball with this no I’m not as good as John Daly nor do I think I can hit it off it but might as well try [Music] W that was amazing what the heck everyone should use a can now I might like the tea a little better than this but I’m done it next is a ball marker that reads the green when you place this ball marker on the green this little bubble in here will tell you which side of the putt is higher than the other that’s like a level it’s literally a level you have a level as a ball maker I’m not going to lie this is probably the most illegal thing I’ve seen all day I think we definitely got to head to the green though and test it out so we’re on the green now all right bro you want to place it down all so right now now what side of the marker is saying it’s higher than the other right now it says it’s flat it’s flat okay so let’s try it I’ll hit a flat putt so I guess uh that means the level doesn’t work so because it doesn’t work keep the ball marker banned yo Adam since we’re on the green you know what uh goes perfect with our ball marker what goes perfect with that illegal sunglasses so apparently when you put these on they turn everything around you blue except for the ball and the hole which makes it super easy to put do you want to try them out yeah I going try hit another put okay let’s try a different little [Music] putt so what do you think Adam honestly it doesn’t even look any different they look pretty fire I mean yeah I’m sure they look amazing so keep them banned say keep them banned next is the bionic stable grip glove why is it banned it’s literally banned because the padding on the glove is too thick it’s an interesting reason yeah check it out how’s it feel it feels really good I’m not going to lie but you can definitely feel how thick it is though so the USGA which is another one of the companies that makes rules for Golf said that the thickness of the padding on gloves can’t be thicker than 0.05 in apparently the extra padding gives players an advantage in terms of control of the club and because the padding on here is thicker than that players aren’t allowed to use it try it out let me see how does it feel I mean it feels really good to be honest more controlled than my regular glove I’d keep this band to be honest the next product is the Melbourne sweater vest it was banned because apparently it was too busy oh where is it well I wanted to buy it but it was $400 but I have a funny story though people online were complaining that Nick Faldo winner of the 1990 Masters was wearing very busy sweater as well and they compared it to the Melbourne sweater let’s be honest ncks was a lot less busy but I still think Jason day’s melbour sweater is pretty nice so I think they should unban it is that a m right there it might be I’m a little biased but I still think they should unban it next is the world’s first automatic golf club look at it looks insane so it’s got this button here that when you press it it releases this piston that comes out like that which then hits the ball and launches it so you literally just have to stand there press a button and it hits the ball for you how far do it hit it’s cool that you ask that because it has this lever that if you turn the lever here it goes from 50 to 100 y you can L choose to hit it 200 yd if you want how far we going to do it oh we’re hting at 200 y love that all right let’s test this thing out first swing the club up like this open up this lever then insert the powder strip here clamp it down the barrel of the club and then fire [Music] away that was actually
