Glenn Beck’s 2013 Freakout Over Tiger Woods & Nike Is Wild in Hindsight 😅 #WokeRight
But this is really um one of the the real core problems of our society. New ad from Nike. It just says victory and it has Tiger Wood um you know kind of uh down at the uh the on the green of the golf course and it says uh winning takes care of everything. Quote end quote. Tiger Woods. That’s that’s the ad. winning takes care of everything. The implication being that that wipes out all of his previous problems. That is the problem with our country. Yeah, that is the problem with our businesses. That makes me not want to buy. I mean, having Tiger Woods uh as your spokesperson. Okay, that’s you know, that’s your deal. And I I guess I you know I’m not going to pick Tiger Woods as your my spokesperson.
Back in 2013, Glenn Beck went off on Nike and Tiger Woods, claiming their ad was a sign of societal collapse. Yep — the woke right was panicking over sports marketing a decade ago. Looking back now… it’s kinda hilarious.
