Breakfast sammies before a nice day of golf! Took a little detour to the ER but that won’t stop me!

Got a golf match this morning. Thought I’d make a little breakfast Sammy. It’s a cross between a Monte Cristo and maybe a Mc Riddle on the Weber slate. All right. What are you making, Mark? What does it look like, buddy? It looks like a tequila sunrise. Let me ask something. Do you really have to drink at every meal? Well, I don’t consider it a meal if you don’t. Little bacon up on the griddle. Some of these hash browns going. So, we set a cross between a Monte Cristo McGriddle. I don’t really know what I want, but we’re going to get three eggs going in here. Like that little half and half. Maple syrup. Dip the bread in here. Some hot breakfast sausages. We’re going to throw these on. Smash these bad boys down. Season up these ters. Looking good. You going low today? 74. Oh Jesus. You haven’t shot a 74 ever. Yes, I am. Not with me. Maybe an 84. I’m going to be about an 82 today. Mark’s going to do the uh dipping into the egg batter. What do we call it? Egg wash. Egg wash. Mark, did you wash your hands by chance before? Why Why would you do that? Just Just wondering. Just wondering. That was a hell of a good job right there. Watch what we do here. So, the bread’s done. We’re going to put them here. Sausages. Going to throw a little American cheese. OB, this is just for you. Onto these hash browns. Best cheese ever. Cubby love American cheese. And the eggs. I love buttery eggs. All right, we’re going five eggs. Chop chives. What are you doing? What? I don’t chop chives. Oh my god. Yes. This is how you chop chives. Between the chive chopping getting a little aggressive. Uh, I almost cut the tip of my finger off. Show must go on. We’re going to finish these bloody chives. Think I need stitches, but we’re going to on our way to the ER after this. I don’t think we’re going to use the chives. We’re going to pass on them. Let’s go. I ain’t no quitter. Are you kidding me? Emergency room visit. be back on the course. Maybe I’ll meet you at 9:00. So, I did make it from the urgent care right to the first tea. Yeah. Five stitches. Actually shot a 4445. Pretty happy with it. Very solid.
