All right, guys. Welcome back. We are here at Aaron Hills, which is unbelievable for me to even say. I’m here with Alexis, my fave, my best friend. Turn it around. Hey, the US Women’s Open this year is going to be at Aaron Hills. So, they’re prepping everything right now. I think it’s 3 weeks out. So, we have the privilege to be here literally within a month of the major. It’s really windy out here, a little chilly, but we’re excited and excited to see the golf course. Looks great on camera. Courses like this, they look better than like I know a treeine course. We’re starting off on a par five here. [Music] All right. All righty. I think I found one. We want to test him out early. I was wondering when I was gonna find one. You know what’s funny is uh we just got back from the Rolling Hills event, guys. We have not ripped Driver in probably five days because this is the longest we went. We had like all par threes. Our longest club hit was a five iron. Yeah. And even that was not even one time. Yeah. Perfect. I don’t know. But that’s pretty good. We’re going to see. I think we’ll be taking your ball off the first. Awesome. We’re walking the first hole here. I don’t know. This could go in my vlog. This could go in my YouTube video. Don’t really know. Just taking a video. So far, we got the whole course to ourselves. which is amazing. So yeah, I mean honestly this is pretty position A for our first shot par five. So that pine that pine tree on the end. Okay, I’d go like just right of that. So everything up here is basically curling down this way. Okay, awesome. We got 194 pin to a par five. Skyler, our Caddyy told us that the green like really kicks left, so we’re only going to play it like 150, 160 and like almost 20 yards out to the right. Uh, kind of pulled it. Oh, wow. Oh, it’s fine. Well, you weren’t kidding about the roll. That should be fine, though. Yeah. I’m going to hit a six iron as well here. Yeah. Hopefully just hit it on the green. Yep. All right. I got you, Pardy. Pretty thin. I got you. All right. So, not a bad we leave, honestly. No, I like this. Yeah. Nice little chip up the hill. Yeah. I don’t know. We didn’t putt, but I feel like it probably will be firm. I know. Are they pretty firm? Oh, actually, they’re kind of soft. I don’t think it’ll be anything crazy. I don’t either. It doesn’t feel It doesn’t feel firm. Yeah. Very nice. Thanks. Really good. I hit that pretty hard, honestly. Down, down, down. All right, shots. How many feet do you think this is? Probably like six feet. I don’t think it’s too much, though. Okay. Well, all right. First putt, good par. Starting us off. All right, guys. We have a pretty short par4 here. Also, downwind. Word on the street is it’s reachable if we hit it well. So, I’m going to aim there’s like this little tiny tree on the left side over the hill that I’m going to aim at. That’s perfect. Nice. Yay. Nice. Good job. We love the early uh field goal from the caddy. Just following Marge. Kind of pulley, but we will see. I kind of lost it in the clouds, so we’re good. Does that mean it’s like Yeah, that’s good. Oh, okay. We kind of have like a turtle back green here. 57 yards to the pin. I’m going to go out of my comfort zone and hit it high and see if I can get it to just kind of stop close onto the green. Need a kind of a feel shot here. Nice, Marge. Still good job. I’m so happy with that. Nice. All right. Uh I’m going to do the same thing here. I guess I could try to be cute with it. We are safely on board. So, gonna try to land it like 50. Should spin. Maybe not. It’s okay. Huh. All right. All right. Good thing you scramble on. All right. We have like I don’t know 25 ft 20 ft for birdie. Whole thing’s just kind of going to the right. Good roll. Go. Go. Oh, good roll. All right. Good putt. Thanks. It’s like you’re looking for a I’m looking for things for the mark because of the tournament. I know. I’m like I can actually finish that this time. In our grass clippings event, we had to mark like a 1 in foot putt or one inch foot one in putt because of uh the rules. Ah. Ah. All right. Roll. Thank you. Going to three. We’re also playing like the same yardages that the girls are going to play in the women’s open out here. Yeah, this place is really cool. There’s a lot of land. It’s like you can see I think we’re about to see the whole golf course maybe from up here. There’s no I mean there’s a few trees but the trees don’t really inhabit like inland of the course. Yeah. So, um I mean it’s really cool out here. Yeah, it’s it’s definitely giving like lengths. Yeah. Um it’s definitely a ball striker ball striker’s course, I’d say. Yeah, the greens are I know they’re going to double like speed them up, which is going to make them really tough, but just because the course is so open, there’s nothing protecting it. So, I feel like um the best ball striker, both best ball strikers will probably do well here cuz the two greens we’ve seen haven’t been huge. So, um we’ll see the rest of the way. But, I do remember playing here and thinking like, oh, good ball striker can get it around. Yeah, this is a really pretty hole. Par four here. Good swing. Thank you. Good roll, baby. Straight sendo on your drive. I think I have a swing video on this hole from like 3 years ago. Ah, all right. Oh, you got you carried it. All right. Yeah, you’re fine. I’m not going to blame it on the layers, but you’re in the first cut. I kind of am. 104. And we were told by our lovely caddies that the whole entire green slopes one way or the other. So, we’re going to aim at the pin and hopefully it stays there. I guess we’ll see what happens. That did it though. I think I like really smoked that. So, I kind of pulled it. So, it probably went like 110. Okay. I fear that’s my miss as well. Okay, perfect. I fear in my current state that is where it’s going to go. But I’m going to try actively to hold on with my left hand. Love. Come on. Delicacy. Yes. Wow. Nice. How’d you like that little soft shot? That’s not common for your girl. That was great. Thanks. At this point, it’s 300. Yeah. And it was into the wind. All right. I’m going to try to do the same thing, but maybe like two feet shorter. Yeah. Maybe two feet to the right. I mean, I hope I don’t hit that dude. I mean, I ripped that one. I can’t see cuz I have double phones. Right on the We get a clap for those ones. Although, you can’t clap. We have 110 yards. I’m going to hit my 50°. Kind of a similar shot that I hit on the last hole, uh, but better. That was really good. I think great shot. Thank you. No pull. All right, I’m going to hit the same club as the last hole, but just a fuller shot. Looks like Marissa’s in there close, so I could be a little more aggressive. 50°. Oh, well, I had the pull. That’s okay. Should be pin high, though. Yeah, it should be fine. It was like crazy downwind on that T- shot like you guys saw. So, I think a lot of the girls are going to have to hit 3-wood. Like a lot of the bigger hitters, if even that’s going to be even more firm. Yeah, because if you hit drive or anything, you’re going to reach a bunker that’s 300 out downhill. And that is not a bunker shot you want. I mean, it’s probably like a 90 yard bunker shot. Not ideal. Left. A little left. Yeah. at the end there. Looks like there’s a little bulb and just cuz everything is falling that way. Yeah. Um Oh, you could pull it. Yeah. Thank you. Turn. Turn. All right. Kind of straight. Yeah. Good speed. Wait. I mean, did I pull that a little bit? That was like I like put hook spin on that putt. Welcome to my world. Holy cow. My gosh. Okay. Well, to be fair, the putt I think meant needed a little more right to left and straight. And then on top of it, you pulled it, so it looked worse than it actually was. All right, finish that. I’ll tap that in. All right. All right. Long par four here, but I feel like they’ll just do this maybe for one day. Mhm. Um, they’ll definitely move it, especially after the cut to make it interesting. All right, be fine. You love me. All right. Gosh darn. Right. We have a long way out. You can’t even see the pin, but I mean, as you can see, if you miss the fairway, you’re kind of in this like weird rough area. Yeah. That’s giving like It’s giving very lengths. Yeah. Irish style golf. This reminds me a lot of the courses I played in Ireland. It’s Some of it goes dormant, but the rough is real healthy right off the fairway. This is kind of the stuff that just surrounds the bunkers. Yeah, we kind of have a decent lie though. I love hitting out of this stuff. I think it’s clean. It’s kind of nice. It’s not going to spin a ton, which is great. We need that into the wind. Yeah, exactly. And I’m going to rip fivewood. Um, it’s probably like my 220 club. Uh, into the wind, out of the rough. Obviously safer probably to be short. Uh, open club face. Maybe we’ll kick. Might be. Okay. All right. I’m going to hit the threewood here. Do you have something different? You You went at that tent, right? Left side of it. Yeah. I I pushed it though. Hopefully that swing is good. Let’s go. Good job. Thanks. Nice. Thanks. About 30 yards here. Uh we’re hitting Marissa’s shot. This is a really good hole. Um it’s really demanding. Looks like we just have to little like nippy pitch shot, but looks like there’s some room to roll out. So, I’m going to see how this 54 degree reacts. Well, it doesn’t help to do that. All right. I’m also going to hit a 54 here. Good one. Keep going. Clip though. Thanks. I know. I was going to say the green the fairways are very tight. Yeah. 12 feet 13 feet for par. Looks very straight. Bang. Yes. What a putt. Honestly, that felt like a birdie. Nice. It did. I know. I feel the same way. Long hole. We’ll take it. All right, we have 183 here. Par three. Last hole of the scramble. We would like to make a birdie here. Definitely a tough par three, though. The USGA really likes to make the par threes long. So, I’m going to hit a four hybrid here. But like I said, 183 straight into I my Come on. All right, I’m going to try to hit a little four iron right at it. Guess I could hit the five, but I like four. Play the miss today. I like it. Really good shot. Thank you. Nice. Thank you. Good job.
