Sedona’s Seven Canyons offers a wild Tom Weiskopf-designed experience

Tucked into the canyon with views for days, Seven Canyons’ front 9 is pure magic every single time.

Golfweek has compiled a list of top-rated public access golf courses in Arizona. The list includes courses located throughout the state, from Peoria to Marana and Scottsdale to Tucson.

Golfers in Arizona know that as the temperatures start to rise, the price of golf begins to come down.

And while it might be getting warmer, it’s not blast-furnace hot just yet, making it a great time to get out and enjoy some of the best golf Arizona has to offer. The days are longer and your golf ball is probably rolling a little bit farther.

Golfweek, part of the USA TODAY network, has a dozen or so Golfweek’s Best lists, powered by rankings and feedback from its panel of Golfweek Raters. These rankings cover all the best golf courses around the country and coming June 2, is Golfweek’s Best public-access golf courses for 2025.

If you know Arizona golf, then you will know many, if not all, of the courses that will appear in the Arizona rankings. If you’re not as familiar, then consider this collection, listed alphabetically, as a handy checklist of all the courses you’re going to want to play.
