Need to pivot and create depth with your right hip. If your hips don’t get out of the way, there is no room for your arms and you come over the top.

You are swinging all arms. Power comes from the legs and if you go all arms it’s either slice or pull hook. Honestly man you need lessons. It’s going to take constant work to get this swing better

You’re moving your hands towards the ball from the top of the swing. You want the hands to come up and go back down on the same swing path.
A drill you can try is the ‘pause at the top’ drill, where you make your backswing and pause for a three count at the top before letting your hands drop back down. This stops the club head momentum and gives you a chance to drop the hands back down the ‘slot’, which is the path should they take to move in to out towards the ball instead of out to in.
The swing feel for this path is putting your hands in the back pocket on your trail hip.
An additional benefit to this drill is you can also work on starting the downswing with your lower body instead of the arms. A good video to watch how this works is on Eric Corgono’s YouTube channel.
Watch the one on how to start the downswing and one on how to clear the hips. They will show you how the downswing is supposed to work. Good luck!

Fix your grip. Non of the other advice here really matters because as long as your grip has as many issues as it appears you won’t be able to implement any of it.
