After posting the last video of the Jab set I have had several inquiries asking if I could break each movement out and slow it down to make it easier to follow. I also am trying something different by inverting or flipping the second section of each video in this set to see if people have an easier time following along. Let me know if you find it easier to follow the standard image or the mirror image?
Seguidas: Jab Number Two – Run through the drill, if you know the tactics involved break out of the drill using your footwork and striking mechanics offensively and counter-offensively. Remember, begin slow then work up and out…Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast!! Number Three to follow soon.
I don’t normally post training vids, my belief has always been if you want to train find someone to learn from first hand. Videos should only be a secondary tool to enhance first hand training when you are away from the gym. This video is from the member’s only area of the old website, the new website is under construction and won’t be completed for a bit. In the meantime with the social distancing guidelines currently in place due to the Corona Virus I will post this publicly so current and past students can use it as a training aid.
