really good it’s it’s Breezy I mean Breezy is a polite word for the windiest day that we’ve ever played golfin we’re at Fairmont St Andrews me and Rick are going to take each other on in an 18-hole match play extra raag ganza around this wind swept piece of Paradise 18 holes white te’s the Kitt course we’ll catch him as we go we’ve been here for a few days this might get a little bit loose oh yeah do you want the automate yeah please yeah you crack off first old par five uh it’s 520 yards and hope that we can hit a couple of big drives cuz it is literally straight down draft P said we’ve been doing a little bit of filming up here this week yesterday me and Pete were a team against a load of other content creators Pete hit driver gap wedge or pitching wedge into his par five yesterday wedge hit driver wedge into his par five and it’s 520 yards it wasn’t even windy then it wasn’t even this windy was it fortunately we got the sunshine and if you do get any wind noise I apologize the forecast and I’m not making this up says it is going to calm down by half it’s all right it’s just a bit on the right yeah it’s all right over there is it like a monster kick oh is that come back left yeah was that your ball like just popped out near that house yeah I think that was okay something’s never changed luckiest bounce in the world what’s funny then it’s really winding just I stood over my ball when you wanted the wind to drop it kind of dropped I thought hold on now not going to go as far Pete could genuinely hit a driver shot here over 400 yards and I’m not not joking no so annoying oh so annoying that’s dead so rough down there in the never finding that I that’s a provisional ball off the first P I’m hbe yeah this is also my channel though we always find gol I just did you Noti it’s there just before the shot I just gave him that little bit of Temptation to say I think a shot could go over 400 yards here I gave him the carrot and he and he went for it he did he really went for it oh that is monstrous so big that is monstrous so big he might still make birdie even after WR a provisional he might be putting his next shot guys I’m not lying that’s if that’s any less than 410 [Music] yards now I managed to hit my drive there downwind the grand total of 250 yards I think we don’t really know how it ended up there either no I’m a bit to be honest the holes 520 want it yeah I’m 220 left in so my calculations have hit that 300 yeah but yet your ball genuinely looks 190 yards further on I don’t think that’s a ball it is it absolutely is a ball okay promise you on my life wow that’s a lot that’s a lot to stake early on I’m just is 300 yards and I’ve been out driven oh no it’s not ball no it’s not no it’s not no it’s not no it never was a ball that’s the size of like a football no you’re right no you’re probably in the bunker okay cool that’s a good chat okay 220 yards I’m in a 7 iron I tell you your feet dig your feet dig your feet dig your feet no go go entertained by these holes wait till the holes into wind okay it’s actually longer than we thought no that’s the longest d drive that’s ever been hit in the history of the world I mean if it’s a TOUR Championship Pro yeah I just want to make this clear right we are 44 yards away from the pin and Pete’s we just found Pete’s provisional ball in the middle of the Fairway 480 he’s just hit a drive orbe it’s provisional 480 cards wow looks like I switch it to a Prov as well you could actually put this you could actually put I just d a putter on the first it’s pretty DED I’m not I’m not going to lie what you into the first Pak the par five uh driver putter no just just driver wild oh dear it’s the longest drive 480r wow hold on a minute that means he hit it 100 yeah 180 yards past me okay the only issue is like it is really close like I try and stun it in that bank wow I’ll take it s too close it’s a real curse I’ll go that for uh five up the hill left or right I’d like to think two puts gets the job done well it will do cuz technically that would win the hole to this wind I played this morning I putting in this wind is so hard so hard halfway that cuz like so brick was like literally hitting into the it’s going to slow it up we got now back into wind it was bad this morning when I three puted like six times this morning it’s so it honestly it’s crazy come on you knock this in for a going it out yeah cheers thank you you know for content for content and that’s I mean I want to knock in for Content yeah and that’s what we’re here for yeah basically for a par after going driver 44 yards oh yeah that’s good oh that’s good I absolutely whack I was holding my breath right for birdie two puts to win the hole I’ll save my birdies yay nice good good display of lag putting thanks thanks there two ways of approaching the hole so what knowledge of this course so far I think there’s maybe if the wind stays like this there’s maybe five par fours we could knock it on then I think it’s five par fours that you’re not going you’re going to need an iron to knock it on and then that means it’s probably about eight par fours where we’re going to be in drive a three wood three wood and there probably a couple of par 3es that I can’t reach see what happens things are going to happen [Music] how far we got back it’s um 366 off this te think we could get close I think you’ll get very close what I need to do here is not try and turn this into a long drive tournament cuz it’s a a competition I will not win yeah but it feels good to give it some though doesn’t it it does listen it does and this is your shape as well r with the win I’m just going to go to the White House If It Moves a bit Happy Days go go I think it could be good there yeah what it do what I saw it bouncing oh you saw it bouncing yeah I saw it bouncing it kind of I don’t know how far that rough goes around but it definitely bounced like around the hazard so okay there’s water left there’s water right it’s a tough t-shot this it’s really it’s really kind of an iron into the Fairway but it’s match playing we’re going back to old school YouTube golf way it’s just drive everywhere oh be good that’s on the green be good didn’t see bounces to be honest with you no I didn’t either I not got a cameraman on this 340 yard power did see bounce I didn’t see it bounce I thought I would have had enough to yeah clear it but in Deal you’ve got too much Club that way didn’t bounce yeah Rick is I’m just a little bit further up in the roof but first man to cover the corner yeah this is my little wedge chart thing is because I because I’ve got a wedge chart now and it and it does work at points I feel like in a weir way it puts me under more pressure it’s like I’ve now got no excuse just got to be a good golf shot um just in the rof actually a pretty decent drive I’m only maybe 20 yards behind Pete this time it’s getting closer flag’s 52 front of the greens 30 probably need to land it 30 really let me have a look let me have a look let me have a look let me have a look thing is I’ve not got many 30 shots so I’ve got pitching wedge 50 5660 full full to 3/4 head over shoulder shoulder to shoulder sh oh shoulder to over shoulder shoulder to shoulder chest to chest hip to shoulder hip to hip what’s the swirlies uh spinning the spin more there you go exclusive look at um Rick’s wed chop so which one you going for well none of them work really oh okay okay inside inside kind of inside this range it becomes a bit redundant it’s more of a f shot this one it doesn’t no I can go thing is I don’t like that’s all I look for of these shots small winds judg you by the way the rigs took off there I think I have to land the short it didn’t sound that thing I play we’re wreck enough to no thin shot Lally going to have to count for the wind though have to W this almost at Jacob and like the wind take it it’s all right not bad it’s tough it’s tough chipping down wind it just get the ball just gets away from you so much got to really try and judge how much the wind’s going to make the ball travel and it takes the spin off it’s really difficult P said really nice shot there okay left to right down the hill into wind for birdie a b a bit of pressure on Pete it’s good P was it yeah it was it was you were just saying that to a third person it was a good F it’s a good P it was a good right bird in to yeah I wasn’t waiting for you to say yeah or no I don’t know I just thought you might need some confirmation sorry I just don’t know if the wind I just don’t know if the wind’s going to carry it there we’ll see oh be good be good be good oh I just don’t think the wind’s quite as down as yesterday yeah I was right between clubs there I had pitching W 9 in my hand I needed kind of like a nine and a half iron or a soft nine okay it’s not a terrible Place yeah well I think I’m going to go one more than yesterday so a wedge rather than a 50 just give us yourself a little bit more leeway I think yeah yeah I think that’s just the play looks good club tiny bit long but nice job very nice well done see a little spit in the middle okay slight slight advantage to me okay yeah not not just not quite enough Club it’s come up in this little rough area just short of the green fairly straightforward chip just got the wind coming off the left so just got factor that into account it’s not the game on the phone you it was like a um piece of paper that been crumpled up I used to flick it and try and get it into a bin what’s it called paper TOs and it was like in an office setting and you have like office fans dotted around so then you have to judge it and flick it right and then let the fan move it in I feel like I’ve missed out on a lot in my life uh feels like that’s what we’re playing now there almost no like I can read it with my feet tell me it’s going left but the amount of wind that’s going to push this yeah so what would you say that’s like just outside right normally I mean I’ve gone yeah and but I’ve gone like that far outside the right but then La that you can smash it through the wind yeah yeah but I’m not going to do [Laughter] bit Pap I was really good at he’s going to do that is this is the thing the thickest rough on the course you I it I would say that’s like boot High you know those boots that you wear on a night out yeah about that high question is can you make it can you make it that farone to find out have to chop it out with the sand wedge if it gets off that Hill it’s down if it doesn’t it’s not the end of the world if this gets out it’s a aming shot that with that piece of grass is really annoying this this is a real complicated paper toss you proba got to make your your own paper at this point that paper still a Dre well out that was really well out perfect nice shot all right 169 winds like directly off the left now maybe a little bit down 165 is my 9 so I think I might I might go for that sound about right what a bailout that was so bad well you can see it oh after all I chat about being happy with the left to right wind absolute baale uh playing 120 uphill surely this Li is awful it’s well out looks good very minimal reaction brilliant brilliant brilliant they’ve probably not seen golf like this on your channel but I get I get your camera guys probably haven’t seen this for Jacob to say brilliant if that must be in the hole practically that was good though I must admit that was on the line exactly brilliant I’m excited about this brilliant brilliant is a strong word isn’t it that is a strong it was good it was on the line and they filmed it for a long time which made Li out that is pretty good so up the green it’s like go down to the pin a little bit right to left oh be great to chip this in it that’s really nice cheers that’s really nice didn’t expect anything else oh there for Pete well I was delighted with that up and down but I think this will Top it just about okay not much in this just slightly off the right again as Pete just said there’s not there’s hardly any wind up here just cuz it’s protected by the big GS Bush just off the right dropping in for a nice par it’ be an annoying par I know that can’t believe it didn’t break it’s a shame that was nice P that would have been a good par it would right match back to all square lucky mate that was a good P I was never if I made power on there that would have been ridiculous let’s be honest so yeah match back to all square [Music] right fifth all 530 yards kind of into wind off the left want to avoid those bunkers but it’s a par five might sneak it home you never know oh hold on should be okay but should be all right don’t really know yeah I tried to draw it back into it just though we did it Scrappy oo hello see it yeah both got atin I may have brought the wrong clubs with the boogy but well I set to Pete can you bring my eight and my N9 cuz I came up here to zap it piece right there said it bring my eight and my nine he brings my eight and my wedge so I’ve not got nine is an honest mistake I mean to be honest it’s an eight I’m glad you brought yeah imagine if you brought my nine on my wedge cuz I’d have been I can get there with nine um this is such an interesting par three anything left is basically out of bounds it’s just like a chip one in the middle is it and then just hopefully it stays online yeah oh be good be good go in the hole it’s probably a nine it’s a tiny bit long is it yeah could have my L could have really done with my nine iron Then Pete it’s never eight iron I I honestly thought just slid underneath it right we’re uphill it’s going to move off the left just want to drop it in the front left side you absolute pick her up not your finest effort no no that was uh that was a lag from 12T to win the hole okay for P for half the hole it’s down the hill right to left love the look of it hold up hold up love the look of it as well ah back to all square like that that’s all squared now we are on to one of the uh driveable 420 this one yeah straight down wind 420 and this is definitely definitely drivable in this WI [Music] we’re straight down wind here uh and we know from the matches that we’ve done so far it does kick on a little bit so I think it’s just a nice solid dve I think it I don’t even think you have to even try and hit this hard and it’ll get on the green just got to feed it through like a really tight Gap that’s the difficulty oh get off it oh get down get down oh it’s all right it’s all right yeah wow is it I was I was going to say before you literally try and take every single thing away here land it short and run it up or I try and like hook it I think I’m just going to try and take everything it’s really good that’s going to get close out you know oh why is it Landing So Soft good effort good effort okay after not the greatest pitch she got this little chip from the side of the green what that orange boat is anyway orange boat is I’m trying to stra the viewer and then to play this shot really quickly so you won’t see where the result is it’s going to go in sit sit really thought I was going to kick right damn lot of work to do making hard work a few of these shots all right I’m going to go putter here long one pretty straight not bad not bad not bad just straight up the hill only me a little bit of work left okay little bit the left going to go up there and it’s like across the water like pretty much all the way home we good go go go Rick Rick couple of bad missed opportunities there really simple shots and may bogey from nowhere for Pete to win the hole to go one up for the first time in the match yeah solid solid as a rock well done mate that was that was not easy from that lie you had over there no there’s a bit it’s just grind isn’t it play a new hole though a new hole here at the kitx is the eth all we knows it’s uphill and it has a really good Boogie path to the left hand [Music] side 372 yd straight up the hill wind a little bit off the right it’s kind of thick left and right so the Fairway is imperative yeah great Drive good on it yeah it’s bounced back nicely keep going keep going keep going bit to the right the pin just beyond it I think strug that unbelievably well it’s only 50 I should be strike it well I’m doing that at the moment with my short pitches can’t really get the distance well done thank you remain one up playing down the nth beautiful path for down the hill to the [Music] right six time we played this hole two days downhill 440 wind off the left Aim It Center let it drift on you thank you we’ve got a new sideline though with that orange boat in the background very intrigued what it is I really am yeah I love it it loves this drive yeah just reminds me of the days I used to fade it yeah really good B that look good on TR one I did that for you K you’re welcome Ricky wow it’s got absolutely nowhere that’s really not going so far it gone no why’s that gone so into wind I’m getting very confused about this wind now I think it’s just hard off the left isn’t it I think it’s directly across I don’t think I’m going to get seven there but then I feel like six is too much I mean in theory it’s an eight with no wind there with seven how far is it 165 I I personally I think so yeah um sat all wonderfully okay I can get that with seven go wind wow I’ll take it confused by what rig’s been doing there so 150 is my wedge it is into a little bit probably just like flight down a tiny nine let ride the wind rather than trying to fight it so Rick’s ball chippy nine trying to play like 140 get off it get off it wind get off it wind carry it carry it carry it carry it oh sh I was like as soon as the wind hit it it was just going further away from the hole every every yard every yard it was getting closer to Netherlands right after just misjudging that second shot I should have hit six instead of seven it’s on the front part of the green on the flat bit going to put it see if we can make something magic happen go wind very good mate very good again just re real Pro level Paper Toss torture going on there real Pro level right right to left wind’s going to help it that way as well look got rock over there look how cool it looks very good thought for a second very good you gave it plenty of speed it’s not that windy didn’t play enough Paper Toss
