  1. What about shoulder pain what should I do i want to up my bench but with ny shoulder i can't lift heavy should i stop training my chest till my shoulder feels good or just keep light. My shoulder pain started about a month ago

  2. I tried changing my PPL workout to use periodization (1 month mesos with 8 micros ) hoping it would improve my recovery but I just felt weaker and still ached the same 😢
