  2. Nobody mentioning that's a really low amount of protein for a fitness influencer:
    Egg 6g of protein x 4 (24g)
    Burgers depending on type of meat but let's be generous 14 g of protein x 3 (42g)
    Tuna, again, let's be generous 25 g
    Let's add 25 g of protein from the food that is not protein focused = 111 g of protein a day.
    If the end range of the optimal daily protein intake is 1.6 g per kilogram of bodyweight, unless he is only 69 kg his intake is quite low I would say
