I’ve felt so broken and I felt like whatever the swing change was going to be was going to be some grand thing like something I’ve never done before and we were just like not finding anything on this range session. Everything he says makes sense and it’s like very right but it didn’t feel like me. It was close to like the the positions and everything were were on what I wanted to do. But I was like I just said I was gonna I want to try to do it this way and just let me know if that looks okay. And like I said, it was immediately like, we’re going to do that and let’s just work off of that as like the template. Uh, so it’s hard for me because I didn’t I don’t want to like I’ve been very lucky like working with John and working with Mark. Like there’s brilliant people and you listen to brilliant people, but at some point you have to maybe get in there and and and just say, “Hey, you know, this technically might be right, but it doesn’t feel like I’m going to be able to do this.” And he was really great at that. It feels more like me. looks more like the when I swung at my my best, I

Max you just have believe in your process and swing.. you still got it
these guys need to relax and stop trying so hard. They're the best of the best for a reason.
And then one day later…. The problems come back.
All that matters is the swing is comfortable for you and the ball goes where you intend.
Obviously you can make small tweaks here and there but ultimately, that swing is what got him to where he is today so it definitely shouldn’t be messed with too much. So many guys don’t have anything anywhere near a “textbook” swing but if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Just saw a Pete Rose vid where he explained to ARod n Big Hurt you can move around in the batters box and choke up on the bat but Dont* change your swimg that got you tonthe majors in the first place..
Oh my, what a disaster this and many other players are. Goes to show most of them don’t belong in professional golf. Do you all know the incredible talent that is required to make it on tour? To play on tour means you have all the feelings down in the swing, and are able to use swing thoughts to replicate the swing. For instance there is a “feel” for the backswing to the top. It has very little to do about thinking of turning shoulders, setting hands, right arm bend, club head position, It’s a whole other swing thought. He should have that down by now. Practice should be to reinforce those feelings and timing. Yet here’s this guy saying he felt broken lol. So he brings out coaches, trackman, therapist friend for swing changes (lol again). Did y’all hear him? Swing changes. If he can’t figure it out by now, he never will.
