  1. No. 4: I've never seen this anywhere before and intuitively figured it out for myself. I've been doing it for months and can recommend this exercise to everyone. But slightly different/difficult: maximum extension of the leg horizontally, as if you wanted to tear your body apart. At the same time, turn the stretched leg slightly inwards and hold for 2 seconds before slowly returning to the starting position with tension.
