Are Energy Drinks Good For Me In Tournaments?

Arctic snow cone and I got popsicle cherry. Okay guys, today I am playing in a pro golf tournament. Probably the youngest player in the field. 99% all men playing. Division one college golfers who are now trying to make it pro and they play in these tournaments. Now, this video is sponsored by C4 Performance Energy. Thank you to them. Anybody that watches my channel knows how much I love caffeine when I’m working out, especially when I’m playing golf. In fact, I cannot play tournaments without caffeine. This is going to give me the focus I need, the boost of energy without the crash, which a lot of energy drinks do. So, let’s see how we play today. Hopefully, it’s a good day. Wow, that tastes amazing. Honestly, what’s so great about this because I’ve had it before, is that it kicks in right away. It doesn’t take super long to kick in and when I’m playing a tournament right before the first tea, I need that so that I don’t have the jitters and so that I’m focused, ready to go. This is NSF certified for sports. So, if you’re an athlete, you can trust it. It’s clean and it’s going to make sure that you don’t have a crash after you drink it. If you want to head over to C4 and grab C4 Performance Energy, scan the QR code on the screen or click the link in the description if you want to shop C4, which I know I can’t play a round of golf without caffeine like this and have the focus energy level. So, it’s really important for me and I think it’s really important for a lot of athletes. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music]

  1. It’s because of your advertising Celsius I tried it and now I may try c4 😂 but because I care about you gabby most energy drinks are not good for your adrenal glands

  2. Get a box of the sugar free Myoxcience electrolyte travel powder packets and shake them up in a glass water bottle. They now have creatine in them as well. Healthiest energy drink in my opinion.

  3. I have enough adrenaline during a tournament. I would have a stroke if I drank one or two of those 😂

  4. None of that is good for you. At your age, your energy levels should not require that stuff to boost them.

If so, it points to other deficiencies. Increase, and improve your diet in the amounts of and types of foods you eat. Your level of physical training. The amount of "rest" and "sleep" you get. Better planning of your schedule.

But, no, drinking coffee and large amounts of caffeine and sugar filled energy drinks and supplements. Are not only unhealthy, they are a waste of money. Not to mention addictive and you're already making the excuse…"I have to have… or … I can't…"

  5. Based on the comments maybe it wasn't such a good idea to endorse such an unhealthy product and industry. The mighty dollar is not that important. At 17 you shouldn't need artificial energy.

  6. No. TheRE A heart attack in a can. Research. Terrible for girls your age who get many heart conditions. If you been taking often get a check up Maybe a stress test. I’m not a DOCTOR. SAYING CAUSE OF PAST EXPERIENCE IVE SEEN AND HEARD.

  7. Energy drinks are never good at all, there is no energy there is only Suger and coffein, so your diabetis in 5-10 years will be the result ! drink maby Vitamin Water or Prime or better normal Water !

  8. Those will dehydrate you if you don’t drink enough water. Especially in Florida heat and humidity.

  9. For real I ordered 2cases of C4 last week. Opened the 1st can 5 mins before teeing off on Sunday. Head was buzzing, started double bogey, bogey then was level par after that till the turn. At that point dared swig some more, same story head went boign like zebedy and stuffed a couple more up! There's focus and turbo shakes, i would say it was helping on my gym workout today 😂

  10. Gabby if u want a real healthy engery drink look up kenitik. There is no caffeine its all powerd by ketones. Also most energy drinks have turine in them and that aditive has been linked to leukemia wich is blood cancer.

  11. No, they contain aspartame and sucralose, which are labeled poison-so, ask your self, do you want to consume poison?

  12. These comments are hilarious. It's no worse for you than a cup of coffee. Caffeine and artificial sweeteners are the main concerns. Caffeine is not "bad" for you in moderation. Many studies have proven Caffeine and Beta-Alanine to increase focus and athletic performance.

  13. On golf days I don't touch that stuff till after. Whiskey and water only till the turn.

  14. Absolutly Not… You should put more thought into brand deals not just the dollars. I really don't hear you talking about your clothing line. You should be to build on that deal. Young girls look up to you and you are promoting something that is not good for them. Feel free to contact me for help with brand deals and promotion. I have 30 years experience 🙂
