This offseason, we had the incredible opportunity to travel to Guatemala alongside Convoy of Hope. We witnessed firsthand the life-changing work they do—supporting families in need and empowering women through training in vital career skills.

how blessed we are, how thankful we should be. Every morning you wake up, you should be giving thanks. That’s why the range goats have partnered with Convoy of Hope to build stronger communities one goat at a time. regardless of the problems that you have going on in your life or you know what you feel like you’re struggling with. Um to be able to come out here and see like the resources that other people you know have or don’t have and stuff. It’s uh it’s pretty eye opening. The dream of the Range Goats, it’s not about golf. It’s about how can we help people around the world in our community and around the world and and golf is the avenue or the the road the path for us to do that and to be here Guatemala and see this and see the goats in firsthand and seeing the people we’re we’re affecting it’s a beautiful thing. I mean, it’s a it’s a dream come true for me and for the vision that I had as the range goats. Seeing the goats in action, seeing what they can do for a community and uh it’s special to be here and it’s special to be a part of it. Saw the goats and what they’re doing. We talked to the women. We saw the women and what they’re doing and try to start businesses. the resources that Convoy of Pope was able to give women through the beauty, cooking, English classes, computer classes, like it just makes you want to give back and you can really see the impact that it’s making on those women. Not even just like the fact that they’re graduating and able to have that certificate and work, but just the sense of community that it’s built. So, I am a huge fan of the women empowerment piece and I was so happy that we got to see that. Yeah, they seemed like a like what what I took most from that was they were all talking about family and I really feel like even though they were all kind of in different sectors, they’re all going into different businesses and and paths of life. I feel like that has kind of all brought them together and because of them being together and that they’ll always kind of have that connection to to those other women. And so for him to come and see it, it’s a dream for me as a parent. I want him to experience this. I want him to want to give back. forget um I’m crying a little bit, but it’s um in instead of instead of having a dream of just being an athlete or a doctor, a lawyer, president of the United States, what can we do on top of that and what can we do more of? And so for me as a parent, I’ve got to show him lead by example and then let him ask questions, but he can watch me do it. And now being here and seeing it firsthand, um it’s a dream come true for a parent and for myself. This is beyond belief to see the range goats, where my career, where the range goats are, and where we are today um to be able to do this. I got to especially thank Convoy Hope for all they’ve done around the world. But thank you so much for opening your arms and letting us be a part a small part of what y’all do. But Convoy, blessings and honor to all of y’all that work back in Missouri and around the world. Thank y’all. Thank y’all so much.
