This is Episode 99 of my Pakistan to Japan Motorcycle Series. In this Episode I went to explore the 5 lakes of Mount Fuji.

The view of Mount Fuji from the rooftop of this cafe is amazing. You can see the coffee right next to me. Assalam-o-alaikum everyone and welcome back to the channel from Tokyo. I have been waiting for a month for my motorcycle’s custom clearance. Unfortunately, it has not been cleared yet. But I have a meeting with the customs in the next 3 days. Hopefully, the motorcycle will be cleared by then. Since the weather is pleasant today and I have Arif’s bike with me. So I thought to have a motorcycle tour today. Mt. Fuji is not too far from here and I can definitely cover the 5 famous lakes of Mt. Fuji. I have been getting a lot of messages asking me for a motorcycle vlog. So I thought the weather is relatively better today. It has been raining continuously for the last 2-3 days. It’s still cloudy and I might not be able to see Mt. Fuji. But at least I can enjoy the beauty of this area. So let’s get out of here and take you to the famous 5 lakes of Mt. Fuji. (Prayer for journey) May I have a safe and blessed day today. It’s humid and hot today. I am sweating, even though it’s cloudy. I think I will cover approximately 250 km today. I will try to come back by the evening. I was planning to have a night stay at a camping site. But then I remembered that I don’t have my passport with me. It’s with the shipping company. That will be a problem. They always ask for a passport at check-in. I have kept a picture of my passport and visa with me. Earlier, I had gone to a couple of places to get some stuff. They did not accept there. They told me that I have to scan my passport. And I am already… Machida, where I am staying, is outside Tokyo. And it’s on the same side of Mt. Fuji. So, there won’t be much traffic. It’s Sunday, so people will be out for enjoyment. So there will be a little bit of traffic. I have entered the village. I have crossed all the towns. And you can really feel that you have entered a village. Look at this little motorcycle. Arif asked me to have a tour on this motorcycle. I replied, I will be hospitalized for a few months if I have to travel so much on it. It’s a small motorcycle but it’s really fun. There are a lot of bikers here today. There is a big culture of biking in Japan. There are a lot of bikers today. To be honest, if you’re living in a city and you ride for 30 to 45 minutes, and you reach such a beautiful nature. Especially those cities or areas where there is a lot of nature. It’s just amazing. I have been feeling this since I have shifted to Lahore. We don’t have nature when we leave the city. Except for Islamabad or if you are living on the coastal side of Pakistan, you will find nature there. But in Lahore, there are a lot of societies. So if you want to go out for a ride, you go for food or coffee. Look at this beauty. Islamabad is great in this regard. Let’s stop here. Look at the Honda Cup, which is very popular here. Konnichiwa. Japanese vending machines are great. I was feeling thirsty. I couldn’t find a convenience store here. So I decided to stop here. Let’s get something from here. I think cash will work. I have some cash. No, here they have. They have Google Pay, Suica and Apple Pay. Look at the amount of coins I have. I wanted to use my credit card or mobile payment. But that option was available in only a single machine. Every machine has different options. So I needed sports water. So I had to use cash. And let me tell you that Japan is one of those countries where you need to keep cash. Without cash, you might face problems in some places. Except for China, where I started from one side of the border, I never felt like having cash in those 30 days. I have it in Japan. I have so many coins here. I will use them on the way. Let’s take some drone shots here. Let’s take some rest and then move ahead. Look at this beautiful river. I was riding along this river earlier as well. But there were too many trees on the way, so I could not see it. The water of the river is very clean wherever you go. It has rained a lot in the past few days. That’s why there is water in the river. I think I have just entered a small village called Doshi. I was told that there is a famous cafe here. The fish there is really good. Most bikers stop there. So I thought why not. It’s about 4 km from here. It’s crowded here. This is a good place. Too many bikers here. Check this out. Amazing. Now I have to find the fresh river fish. I think there is a restaurant on the right side. There is a small market here. I will take it’s tour. This is a convenient store. I will get almost everything from here. Here is my grilled fish. I have seen them just sprinkling the salt on it. I have never eaten fish like this. Normally, they would have kept it clean. Anyway, it happens. Let’s see how it is. The fish is good. It has bones in it. I think it’s not that hard. I have paid 650 Yen for this. It’s about 1300 Pakistani Rupees. If I double the Yen, it will become Pakistani Rupees. If I convert it into dollars, it will be about 4 to 4.5 USD. Let’s take a small tour of the market. I think the locals are selling handicrafts, vegetables and fruits. They are selling such things here. You can see green tea and spices here. These are traditional Japanese shoes. People wear these shoes with their traditional clothes. They are selling such things here. If you visit a village in Pakistan, you can find such things here. You can also find such bags here. I have seen a lot of bamboo here. They are making bamboo from it. They are making statements here. I am not sure. My Japanese is not that good. You can find similar things in this market. I have now entered Yamanaka. The first lake will be here. That is Mount Fuji over there. It’s tip is covered with the clouds. The rooftop of this cafe has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. You can see the coffee over there. I also have matcha dessert. The view of Mount Fuji from here is really beautiful. You can see the lake behind me. Mount Fuji is clear at this time. You can say that today’s ride has paid off. I hope you are enjoying it. This is the first lake. The road I was on, is the road where the Tokyo Olympics cycling competition was held. This road is really beautiful. I have shown you a very famous road here. After seeing the first lake, I will try to visit the second or third lake. Let’s see how the weather is like and see how much time I have left. If it rains here, I might have to leave early. For now, I will enjoy my coffee with this beautiful view. This is an amazing dessert. Especially for those who like matcha. There are many people who don’t like it’s taste. But I find it’s taste very interesting and nice. I often try this. There are beans at the top. They have added some cream. It’s filled with matcha. You will find matcha very expensive everywhere in the world. But it’s cheap here. You can enjoy it like this. When I woke up this morning, and saw the weather, I was thinking to cancel the plan. There was no point of going as Mount Fuji won’t be visibile. I don’t know what the scenery will be like. It might rain on the way. But sometimes, you have to face your fate. You may have a good day. Overall, I think it was the best decision. Earlier I was thinking to go on my own motorcycle. But I don’t know when it will arrive. Only God knows. Till then, I will enjoy these rides. So that you can enjoy some moto vlogs and some nature. After spending so many days in the city, I am tired now. It’s so crowded wherever I go. So, it’s better to go for a nature ride. I hope you will like it. Now I will ride along the lake. and reach the next lake which is about 16 km away from here. According to navigation, it will take about 35 minutes. Let’s see how busy the traffic is. The road is narrow, so one cannot overtake. When there are such beautiful paths, for cycling, jogging, or even for a walk, one feels like enjoying the scenery. We are in Kawaguchiko. I have seen an interesting forest road here. I thought why not go from here. I don’t think it’s a very long road. Most of the people have come here for hiking. I think this is a cemetery or a temple. Look at the trees. They are so big. Very beautiful. This is the temple for which people have come here. Let’s take a round. I really liked this forest. It’s a wonderful place. It’s not necessary to go from one viewpoint to another. I wanted to visit random places that I like. So that I can leave before it gets dark. Look at these beautiful trees. Is this a golf club or a park? I thought it was a golf club because of the beautiful grass. But this is a park. Look how beautifully they have cut the grass. We can go till here. Let’s turn back. This is just a parking lot. The car is parked. Let’s take a round. This is the walking path to go inside. Now I am on the right side of Kawaguchi lake. Lake Saiko starts a few kilometers from here. I have reached the village on the banks of Lake Saiko. The villages are very beautiful. Everyone has maintained their garden and lawn in such a way that wherever you pass by, you say that people can only do it here. In other countries, people do it if they want to. Those who don’t want to do it, don’t do it. But here you will see lush things. I will take a short break at a viewpoint. I will not take a full round. Otherwise, it will be dark here. You can see Mount Fuji from here. Personally, I think it was one of the most beautiful rides in terms of scenery. The weather was a little cloudy. If the clouds and sun were in a mixture, the colors would have been more beautiful. I am lucky enough to see Mount Fuji. I can still see it. When I came here before, I tried a couple of times. But I could not see it. There are a lot of tourists who cannot see Mount Fuji. It’s hidden in the clouds. I will leave now and enjoy this beautiful view for a while. The return ride from here will take about 100 km. It will take about 3 hours. I will enjoy my ride and reach back. I will not record much because I will return from the same route. Let’s enjoy Mount Fuji for the last time. It’s hiding in the clouds. Thank God. I have just reached. Arif has already prepared the food. I went on a motorcycle and Arif went on a bicycle. Brave enough. You traveled 100 km. 162 km. Mine was 200 km. If you go on that, it will be 220 km. Today we have Penda for lunch. Penda or Penda? Penda. With that, Arif has prepared this roast. I hope you liked the video. Thank you very much. Remember me in your prayers. Don’t forget to Like, Subscribe and Share. Bye.

  2. I can't believe that Abrar bhai is riding bike on the course around Lake Yamanaka that I usually run on!

    When you receive your Rangeeli,
you should definitely try touring Aso.
The outer rim of Aso is the most popular touring course in Japan, and if the weather is good, you can see the magnificent view of the Aso caldera!
I wish you a safe journey.
