  1. Ultimately the orioles just gifted the Marlins 2 prospects for literally nothing, for free. The orioles management decisions have been absolutely trash the past couple years. Way to squander any world series chances they had with this young group of all-stars.

  2. Last year the Orioles had a backlog of talent. When Santander was struggling early I was begging for them to trade him because he's been inconsistent, was about to be a free agent and they had possible major leaguers waiting in the minors. Instead they traded the young OF (Stowers) and 2B (Norby). Santander went on to have a career year and signed a big contract with the Blue Jays. Now the Orioles have a SINGULAR outfielder batting over .210 and that's Mullins at .232 avg. Should've kept the young talent.

  3. Doesn’t matter if the O’s would’ve kept Stowers because they don’t give their young talent enough runway in the big leagues to fully develop like Heston, Mayo, Norby, etc. It’s no wonder Jackson Holliday is starting to come alive now that he’s an everyday starter, Westburg, Cowser, and Gunnar all needed the same time to adjust.
