JT Poston’s with us now at the 107th PGA Championship. JT, a great day out there for you. How would you summarize your third round? Uh, it was great. I, you know, I hit a lot of really good shots, a lot of good iron shots. Um, which I think you got to do on a day like today when it’s breezy and obviously playing a hard golf course. So, um, yeah, I was I was happy with that. Um, stayed real patient all all day, which has kind of been the theme for the week for me. And um yeah, obviously happy to give myself a chance going in tomorrow. Perfect. Take a couple questions. Go to Laura over here. Hey JT, that was a great way to close out on the 18th. Can you tell us a little bit about that birdie? Yeah, it was great. Um you know, I gave myself two really good looks on 161 17 and um didn’t really convert them. So it’s nice to make a longer one there on 18 to really feel like uh to cap off what was I felt like was a good round. Um, so you know, hopefully it’s a little momentum going in tomorrow and um, but yeah, I mean, finishing off a round like that with a long putt is always nice. And what are you going to do tonight kind of to take that momentum forward into tomorrow? Same thing we did last night. Uh, my wife and daughter are here this week along with a lot of family and friends. So, probably go back, eat dinner, relax, kick the feet up, and um, try and get a good night’s rest. Thanks, Juan. This is not probably the first time you played this well in North Carolina. No. So, so how how good does it feel to be here, the fans, the people recognizing you and being in contention in a major, you know? So, yeah, it’s been great. I mean, obviously you had some success in Greensboro at Windham. Got my first PJ tour win there. And I just I love playing in front of the home crowd. Um, I think it I definitely can feed off of some of that momentum and and, you know, people pulling for me. So, um I’m sure tomorrow will be no different than it has been every other day this week and u I’m definitely looking forward to it. Do you know how many family members and friends and all that are following you? I do. Yeah. Um Oh, I don’t know the number. Um immediate family. Most most of my immediate family’s here. Um but I mean college teammates, high school teammates. Um, you know, a lot I’m getting a lot of shouts, some hickory shouts and some uh red tornadoes, 828 our, you know, area code where I’m from, WCU where I went to college. So, it’s a lot of fun. Um, but I don’t I have no idea how many, but it’s it feels like a lot. Okay, good. Thank you. Thanks for your time, JT. All right, good luck to you guys. Thanks. Thanks.
