  1. It's wonderful watching Scottie play, but it also disappoints having someone like him & Rory around again after finally getting rid of the Tiger phenomena. Golf was so enjoyable getting out there and playing. Just walk up to certain courses, first come first serve. Me and my brother started playing for our school 20 years ago and would easily knock out 18 in 2 hrs & 45 minutes… Then most of the time would jump back on for another 9 or 18. Then all the sudden everyone thought they wanted to be like Tiger. Because of him we're now playing 4 1/2 hours OR longer 18 holes. Some of the worst Golf players & Golf etiquette I have ever witnessed going on in this game now. I'm forced to play just a couple courses where I live that actually have rangers going out and kicking people off for disrespectful play and speeding groups up if too slow. Most of these courses only are worried about the money these days . Literally have 6 to 8 minute tee times with this slow ass play when they need to push them to 15 minutes if they are going to continue to allow the types of players that are going out. I get it that you have to learn somehow. Go get lessons, go start off in those simulators, AND DEFINITELY go to the range until you know how to hit a ball. 6 to 8 minute tee times and people constantly putting down 2 or 3 balls off the tee. Even re-hitting in fairways after they chunk, thin or top.

  2. What separates Scottie from the rest is the iron play and fairway finder driver. Bryson could never keep up with Scottie on an average day, just due to the iron play. If Bryson could ever figure out his irons, he would be at the Scottie level. But until then, Scottie is the best… and its not even close.

  3. really puts it into perspective how crazy it is that Wesley Bryan shot -4 in the Make The Cut series

  4. all the people who yell out stupid shit right after the player hits should shut the fuck up

  5. You can tell this is American golf …the crowd are baying like wolfhounds ,and of course “get in the hoooooole” experts too.I guess I am just old-fashioned and still have respect for the players.. and for all you haters out there ..enjoy yourselves

  6. What was breathtaking was how lucky he was with the balls headed deep in the woods and hitting a tree and ending up in the fairway …………twice

  7. I wish they would banned people screaming after the shot. That’s not something that was done in Nicholas or palmers time…. some idiot, who is trying to get his two seconds of fame by screaming……. If I was a pro golfer I have them removed from Fareway….

  8. Best player since Tiger and easily best golfer on the planet at his absolute best. What a treat to watch

  9. This guy is just dynamite! His iron game is out of this world and so far above any other player. The best thing is he’s a great dude and stays in the moment without getting too emotional.

  10. 3:46 like a pool player, he played the ricochet — very hard to hit the tree in that spot from where he was.
    #1 for a reason.

  11. Definitely the best we've seen since Tiger. 2014-2016ish Spieth was close but Scheffler is the closest we've seen to Tiger in the sense that when he's on his A game he's not going to be beat, and even if he's playing at a B level he's gonna be in the mix

I think he's stoic to a fault sometimes though, He'd be a bit more popular and recognized for how elite he is if he showed a bit more emotion and flare but either way he's great to watch

  12. That IS Tiger Wood's level. No doubt whatsoever. Finally, we have somebody.

He's just making the unexpected. Putting on an absolute clinic. Scrambling when needed, impeccable short game, draining putts, going above and beyond when not needed even with all of the pressure. Classic GOAT energy. Great stuff!!!

  13. Is there a reason they’ve cut the scorecard on the replays? It’s really annoying not having the ability to contextualize the progression of his shots in each of these clips without the occasional pop up of the scorecard. It was there in the live broadcast why the hell would they actively decide to cut it from the replays? Like after a hole it would pop up on screen…. Very frustrating that it’s not here.

  14. Oh what I would give to hit a controlled fade like this. Maybe one out of ten attempts get me a nice fade. Therefore, I just don’t try
