Scott Beao’s daughter Bailey joins Providence college golf team. In a heartwarming announcement that has fans buzzing, Scott Beao, the beloved star of Happy Days, proudly shared that his daughter, Bailey Duca Beao, is set to take her golf skills to the next level as she commits to play division 1 golf for the Providence Friars. At just 17 years old, Bailey is making waves in the sports world, and her dad couldn’t be more thrilled. On May 6th, Scott took to social media to express his excitement, posting, “Proud dad moment.” Division won in the Big East Conference alongside a vibrant poster celebrating Bailey’s commitment. The joy in his words is palpable, and it’s clear that this is a moment he will cherish forever. But the celebration didn’t stop there. In another post, Scott shared a delightful snapshot of Bailey at the airport, pointing to a sign that reads, “Welcome to Frier Town.” The proud dad’s excitement was echoed in the comments where former Olympic figure skater Todd Eldridge chimed in with a cheerful, “That’s wicked pissa. She’ll learn that New England term soon enough. Congrats.” To which Scott replied, “Thanks so much. My daughter is thrilled PC has hockey teams and people ice skate at the arena in the offseason. The congratulations kept pouring in, including a sweet message from actress Christy Swanson, who starred alongside Scott in the film Courting Mom and Dad. She wrote, “What a gal so welldeserved.” To which Scott playfully suggested her son should consider Providence for its strong hockey program. Bailey took to Instagram to express her gratitude, saying, “This has been years in the making. She thanked her parents and her first golf coaches, including her dad, Scott, and two PGA professionals, for their unwavering support. It’s a touching reminder of the hard work and dedication that has led her to this exciting new chapter. Scott and Bailey share a close bond, often showcasing their adventures together on social media. Just last month, they recaped Bailey’s golf tournament in a fun three-part video series, and they even took over Scott’s account to share their experience at a polo game. In September 2024, they gave fans a glimpse into a day in Bailey’s life on the golf course, highlighting their special father-daughter relationship. Bailey is the light of Scott’s life, and he shares her with his wife, Renee Sloan. Their journey has not been without challenges. Shortly after Bailey’s birth on November 2nd, 2007, there were concerns about a rare metabolic disorder. Thankfully, after 3 months of testing, it was determined that Bailey was healthy. This experience inspired the Beaos to start a foundation to support children with the disorder, showcasing their commitment to giving back. As Bailey embarks on this exciting new adventure at Providence College, it’s clear that she has a bright future ahead. And with a proud dad like Scott cheering her on, the sky’s the limit.
