President Donald Trump‘s granddaughter Kai has given her online followers a fascinating glimpse inside the “secret White House residence,” sharing an intimate tour of the most private spaces inside the iconic property—which feature a golf simulator, bowling alley, gym, and ultraluxe dressing room.
The teenager, who is the daughter of Don Jr. and his former wife, Vanessa, skyrocketed to fame when she made a speech in support of her grandfather during the Republican National Convention in July 2024.
Since then, the 17-year-old has become an increasingly prominent figure within the Trump family, regularly showing off the perks that come along with being the president’s granddaughter.
Most recently, Kai, an avid golfer who lives between her mother and father’s homes in Jupiter, FL, near Trump’s infamous Mar-a-Lago resort, took to YouTube to showcase an inside look at the unknown grounds of the White House.
In the viral video, which has so far amassed over 1.2 million views, the teenager gave fans a look at what Easter in the White House is like.

“We landed in DC, and we are driving to the White House,” Kai said at the beginning of the clip, which saw her; her brothers Donnie, 16, Tristan, 14, and Spencer, 13; and sister Chloe, 10, riding in a large SUV.
As she walked through the front area of the White House, which was covered in tile flooring, Kai revealed that they were heading to their rooms.
She noted that she would be staying in the Lincoln Bedroom while joking that her brother Donnie would be staying in the kids’ bedrooms.
Kai then headed into what is known as the Queen’s Bedroom to show viewers the stunning area that was adorned with blue and white wallpaper.
It featured blue seats and a white couch that sat in front of floor-to-ceiling windows.
The kids then moved onto the golf simulator, which includes a putting turf, offering Kai the perfect chance to display her stellar golfing skills.
Next up was the gym, which features numerous weight racks, with the kids joking that they were planning a quick “pump” before they made their way to the official Easter celebrations at the iconic property.
Before celebrating with her family, though, Kai got dolled up in a teal dressing room covered in mirrors.

At the end of the video, the teenager shared moments from the Easter run.
Kai previously showed off the White House during the inauguration.
At the time, she admitted that she was “looking forward” to being more involved in her grandfather’s second term.
Kai has certainly had her fair share of experiences with iconic properties—not least her grandfather’s enormous Mar-a-Lago estate, where she regularly gets to play golf.
Mar-a-Lago was originally built between 1924 and 1927 on an area of land that was once nothing more than a swamp. It was commissioned by cereal heiress Marjorie Merriweather Post.

Today, the property boasts 58 bedrooms, 33 bathrooms, and three bomb shelters. Other very lavish amenities include a 1,800-square-foot living room, a private theater, and a nine-hole golf course.
It was purchased by Trump in 1985 for just $10 million. He renovated multiple areas, which included adding a putting green, tennis court, salon and health club, and spa. He opened up areas of the estate to the public as a private club in 1995.
By comparison, the White House boasts 132 rooms, including 16 bedrooms and 35 bathrooms. There’s also a dentist’s office, home theater, bowling alley, swimming pool, jogging track, and putting green, which Kai will no doubt put to use once her grandfather has settled back into the home.
As for Kai’s own home, she is understood to split her time between her parents, Don Jr. and Vanessa, who split in 2017 after 13 years of marriage. Soon after, Don Jr. began dating Kimberly Guilfoyle, who took an active role in Trump’s first term and continued to be a very vocal supporter of his policies even after he left the White House.
