Watch Rory McIlroy close out the career Grand Slam and see every shot he hit starting at hole No. 15 through the conclusion of the playoff.

Since 1934, the Masters Tournament has been home to some of golf’s greatest moments. Amidst blooming azaleas, towering pines and flowering dogwoods, the first full week of April ushers in a stage unique to golf and to sport. Over four days and 72 holes, the smallest field in major championship golf competes for a chance to capture the Green Jacket and a place in Masters history.

  1. An extraordinary watch – rollercoaster is the right description. Rory's 2nd shot on 15th is one of the greatest I've ever seen in 50 years of watching golf. Thought he'd hole the eagle putt and "coast" home; he didn't but still an easy birdie. Approach on 17th, wonderful, on 18th, awful and on playoff 18th pure brilliance (after Rose had played a great approach). Glad he made the putt because I'm not sure my nerves could take anymore. Stupdendous achievement to get the career grand slam.

  2. My missus wanted to kill me after how loud I screamed when that ball landed on 15…. What a rollercoaster of emotions that back 9 was. Love you Rory❤️

  3. One of the greatest few hours of sport I've ever watched. The ecstasy and agony Rory went through, and put us through was like nothing else. A true champion.

Tiger winning in 2019 will never be beaten though.

  4. The best Masters Sunday I 've ever attended. Unfortunately, was only 5 in 86 when Jack won and missed 2019 when Tiger won, but I think this one ranks up there. Sensational tournament

  5. Something truly special about that golf course and that place. The moments Augusta National has given us over the years, it's a great gift for those of us who love golf.

  6. I wanna frame up the slow motion of the 7i at #15.
Put the sound of that ball being hit on spotify cos it's music to my ears

  7. I wonder how close his shot on 15 was to the pin on Saturday and Sunday. Must be within a foot. Obviously, Sunday's shot was the shot of the tournament.

  8. Magnificent. Only way this could have been any better is to get the ultra-high fidelity course mics used in S Korea. Those pick up the fizz of back spin like no other.

  9. I'm from N. Ireland (now in the US) and have been following Rory through thick and thin for years. It's hard to express just how proud I am of him even though he caused me (and many others) to have apoplexy. As joyous it was for him to win, it was almost equally overwhelming the affection that he had at the Masters from the Patrons. He handled himself with aplomb and Justin Rose was pure class too. The 2025 Masters will always be one to remember, right up there with the very best. Where else could you dream to complete a career grand slam? I hope that he has been released from his mental shackles now.

  10. that 7 iron, from 200 yards with a hook…..its a different world he lives in haha. under that pressure just underlies what a great he is
