This golf ball is by far one of the best I’ve tested from season 5 so far. You know, a lot of golf balls have just not been that eye popping this year. They haven’t been that impressive. You know, you have a golf ball that might have a really great driver performance, but then everything else is eh or it might be great around the green, but then performance you lose yards. This thing, you know, there’s a couple categories where it just checks the boxes, but then when it comes to performance, it really kicks it up another gear and you get the best of both worlds. You get an increased distance. You get an outstanding feel. You get insane accuracy. You get insane consistency. And you get the spin to actually keep checkups on the green. You’re going to see that golf ball bounce a little bit. You might see it roll back a little bit to you on full pitching wedge shots. I don’t know what else you could ask

  1. No way they perform the same way for someone with 80mph swing speed vs 110mph. Not at 85 compression. That's too soft for high swing speeds.

  2. First time I ever played an ionomer covered golf ball that I’m considering putting in the bag. The Srixon Q-Star Ultispeed is long with the driver period. I haven’t hit drives this long in years. I played from new locations on the course in my Sr. League due to increased distance. They feel good, not harsh, not soft, not hard. The irons fly high and hold the green. You will give up some green side spin but testing shows not that much. This golf ball is interesting and a conundrum. It’s a great ball. I think this ball is going to open many eyes. To me, for a 3 pc. Ionomer covered ball, it’s in a new class of golf ball and it’s all alone right now, it’s a must try especially for older mid to high handicap golfers.
