Ingredients:
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
12 slices white bread
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, softened cream cheese, drained pimentos, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
