is it the exact same for driver and woods?
i have tried this before but by falling in to the left leg i hit way behind the ball. not sure what im doing wrong but i dont know how to get my arms/club through the shortened space. i assume its a sequencing problem with moving back up? i just cant get it. 😞
starting at 50/50 and moving immediately to the left side, can't really get the left heel unweighted, which I guess is ok
Very good. Would love to have pointers on how you turn through after impact with massive weight shift to your left side. Always feels cramped turning through. Really great demos on these measurements. Thank you

I understand the concept of re-centering before the top of the backswing but have found it very difficult to execute. My coach in Sydney says it is probably too difficult for a high teen handicap senior golfer to learn. And of course there are some very successful PGA Tour players, like Hideki, who don't seem to re-center before the top.
Yeah I just found this swing though recently. How do you compare this with your 60-60-100 videos?

I still don’t understand why you don’t just keep weight on the left side all the time – cuts out all the sway thing.
I've struggled with pressure shift for a long time, always been a "picker", after this explanation and I got it cracked! Loads of compression and gained 15+ yards on my irons. Marvellous thank you both.
I've long felt that this weight shift move would be vital to my ball striking but could never master it. Somehow my upper body fails to continue turning as I shift my pressure forward. Any suggestions?
I’ve had two lessons with Joe using force plates and gears analysis and they provided brilliant insights into weight transfer and using ground forces. Not cheap but they have made a serious investment in the technology. Will have more to sort out my hand path and other issues. Highly recommend the JD golf academy.
You cannot shift pressure without shifting mass unless you jump.
OK, so when they are talking about putting your weight on the left side, keeping it there throughout the swing and hitting a better impact especially with irons, you’re telling me that’s no good? Like stack and tilt
