I’ve done every kind of workout from The Firm, Jillian Michaels,Les Mils Pump and Burn, Billy Blanks Kickboxing and so on but yours has been something that I’ve been able to be consistent with. And love doing. So thank you!! 😊

  5. I have done The Compound for 4 weeks and am now doing your HIIT full body one for another 3 weeks. I would REALLY LOVE a workout from you doing a LEG emphasis three times a week! I am one of those freaks of nature with 134 lbs of lean muscle, most of which is in my legs! Help me tone these babies, please!! My winter jeans thank you in advance! ❤❤
