Sam Woods' state title ending to her high school track career in images

Move over, Tiger. Sam’s taking center stage.

Sam Woods, the daughter of PGA Tour legend Tiger Woods, added an impressive achievement to her high school resume over the weekend. The talented senior was part of Benjamin School’s (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.) Class 1A girls track and field state title.

She helped the Buccaneers in the 4×800 relay and held down the third leg of the 4×400 relay, both finishes adding to the team’s overall performance toward the Florida championship.
