The statement about total zero torque spinning forever is completely ridiculous.
Clearly he has very little understanding regarding drag.
Choosing a putter that suits you and your budget is everything.
Confidence is everything.
If you are more confident sinking putts with a hockey stick than a zero torque putter you will.
Learning to read putts and gaining confidence in the speed and direction you hit is far and away the most important part of putting.
I was set on buying the oz.1. I tried the square to square double wide. Loved it. Tried it more times on different days. Bought it and has seriously improved my putting. Don’t love the grip text but thats fixable.
I recently got fitted for a mallet putter with Quintec analyzer. I tried Odyssey's zero torque version and it really did not provide any benefit over a face balanced putter with alignment aid and weight, feel, etc . that suited me. Shows that zero torque isn't the magic pill for everyone. It's just another option. … Get fitted.
I currently play with an Odyssey #7 Square to Square putter, and like it. I'll also be getting a Spider ZT 5K Zero Torque putter when it's released. Hopefully the head cover of that won't be the light blue one that's floating around in the Prototype videos. 😜. Hopefully the release cover will be a black (and maybe silver) like the top of the putter, and not the blue of the plate…
It would be a much better video if the putter expert stopped saying "obviously" – very annoying.

I still think there are benefits to the lab putters and may help but there not magic wands …. OZ looks the nicest
It’s all in your swing. At this speed, the torque is so minute compared to the force of your swing.
I was blessed to be gifted a clubs to start playing. I was missing a putter and one night on the web i picked up the PXG Allan
I definitely should have done more research but extremely happy with it. Learning to play with the PXG, i feel putting is the strongest part of my game now.
2/3 putting 😂 vs 5 putting consistently
Ive had a LAB Mezz, PXG Allan, Odyssey Jailbird Square 2 Square and finally the Evnroll Z5s, out of all those the Evnroll i have found to be the best for me. I struggled with distance control with all the others and never felt comfortable with the stroke. It almost feels like the putter is trying to control your stroke as its resisting the natural tendency of the stroke to open and close. They are not a magic wand and won't suit everyone.
Zee, guys, really??
I only clicked this video to say this – they putted with blades from 1960's towards the end of 90s and the putting avg. hasn't really changed that much with elite professionals. What does that say about the avg. golfer spending hundred of $$ on this BS!!
Dispersion is great with the LAB but my Toulon with the Diamana shaft gets more birdies. Dunno why.
I absolutely love my LAB putter. I started with the standard DF3, but I recently got a DF3 sweeper, and to be honest, its totally changed my putting game. I know sweepers look ridiculous but they are so stable and it makes it so much easier to avoid twisting the face. Its point and shoot. If I miss a putt, i know its because I misread the break but not because i miss hit the ball
Why are you not using your bigger muscles in your stroke instead of your hands and arms.
