Have you ever heard of “Horse”?
It’s a popular backyard basketball game where you try to make a shot, and hope your opponent misses the same exact shot.
Every time he or she misses a shot that you make, they get a letter….
starting with “H”
Once it spells out “HORSE”, they lose!
We decided to bring all that excitement to mini golf.
As you’re watching the video you’ll notice all the possibilities there
are with just a putter, a ball, and a portable golf hole.
We placed the golf hole in the MOST surprising places:
-on a park bench
-in the woods
-on a curb
-even on a playground!
Our rules were that every shot HAS to be a hole in one, and we sure had some CRAZY ones.
We also had a few embarrassing misses and close ones sprinkled in there. 🙂
We like to call what we are doing, Street Golf. We didn’t invent the name, but
we sure like it, and you can do it too—pretty much anywhere!
So feel free to get creative at home, at the park, or any place that doesn’t get you in trouble.
Nature provides so many great obstacles, and man-made structures can be just as useful.
This is especially fun to do if you don’t have time to visit a mini golf course,
or just don’t want to spend the money that day.
Anyways, If you aren’t feeling like doing all that work, feel free to simply watch us putt putt near a swamp, and at a park.
