Herbert is a HOF talent but hasn’t really accomplished anything yet. Fortunately, I do trust Harbaugh to help him long-term.

What makes Justin Herbert a great player?
As a chargers fan I just wanna see us win I love hearing what people think of us, every we are going to keep improving
As a long time chargers fan, I’ve seen many crappy QB’s on our roster. Skill and talent wise Herbert is the best among all the Chargers quarterbacks I’ve seen. However, he did not help himself, or the people that defend him, with his playoff showing. I do not think he will ever be the best version of himself he can be under our current OC. He can be efficient, he show some of his greatness, but he will never be the best version of himself. I’m hoping he can find a medium where we can win and he can be the catalyst. We’ll see. Go Bolts
As a bolt fan this is the first time in 30 years of following the team. That I heard anyone(expect Marty) mention the word superbowl. Harbaugh is setting a standard and expection. These aren't the "chargering" Chargers. The culture changed in one season! When the chargers do win the superbowl Herbert won't get the credit Harbaugh will.

I don't like the Dak Prescott comparison from Nick Wright. I'm a Cowboys fan and love Dak Prescott, but it's not the same sort of situation. Dak Prescott is 31 years old. He's been in the league now for basically a decade & has only gotten to Round 2. Keep in mind too, Dak Prescott has an elite WR in CeeDee Lamb. He had an elite HB in Zeke Elliott too. He had a top flight O Line too for some time. He had all that in weaker divisions and conferences too than Herbert and hasn't gotten to past Round 2. Herbert literally got drafted into the same division as THE Patrick Mahomes and has been in that division/conference since 2020. Five years of that with WORSE help than Dak Prescott with much tougher division/conference competition too ? Dak Prescott can't get past Round 2, so if you're implying by your tone that both QBs are comparable basically, wouldn't it make sense then that Herbert and the Chargers fall short about where they've fallen short ? Like, again, I like Dak Prescott, but wouldn't it be possible that he loses in Round 1 a lot too if he's in the AFC ? Also, couldn't Herbert also get further in the weaker NFC ? I don't like this at all from Nick Wright & I like Dak a lot

Nick has always hated Herbert. And even if Herbert won a Super Bowl, Nick would say Herbert had nothing to do with it. He said Herbert hasn't set any records, which is false. He has set several records. Nick has obviously not watched all of Herbert's games because he doesn't know what he's talking about.

I'm not a big fan of all the glazing Herbert gets, but even I'll admit his teams haven't given him enough support. Their defense is honestly awe inspiring with how bad they've been.

What game were you watching?? This kid threw five interceptions, not one, not two, not three but five picks and I can’t even remember if one got returned for a pick six. He had an awful game and when you are a high level fourth year QB you cannot have a game like that, just an awful take. You have great content but that’s an awful take.
