Course number 9 in my quest to play 20 new golf courses in 2020 was the sensational Araluen Resort! Set in the Perth Hills, this course features dramatic elevation changes as you wind your way through the valley taking in some spectacular views including what could be the best par 3 in Perth, the imposing 16th hole which is 205 metres (225 yds) from the tips with a green that is 30 metres below you!
I really didn’t get to film as much as I would like to on the day, but I did get some incredible footage from the ground and the air and there is a snowball’s chance in hell that this is last time I play here…so enjoy!
