  1. The Qi35 is basically giving driver numbers. Wow! Will work for some, but maybe not for the majority of golfers. If you don’t have speed, the spin could be so low you can’t hold greens. Could be a good replacement for a fairway wood for some, especially if shorter shaft improves strike.

  2. Still rocking the Adams Golf Super LS IDEA VST hybrid irons. They feel great and inspire a lot of confidence ❤

  3. King Tec is the best that I tried. Tried them all and needed one that was fade bias. And King Tec was the best for me. Hits high, and doesn't go left on me. Most adjustable of them all. Titleist GT2/3 were also nice, but went too far for my gapping and also way to far left.

  4. I am going to guess that the testing was all done using a 3 hybrid, if only because typically that is what the manufacturers send out for review. It is a bit like all fairway wood testing is typically done with a 3w, a club most average golfer should not be playing.

I am not going to say that average golfers should not carry a 3 hybrid but I suspect that many, possibly most, might not have the speed to get enough launch and peak height out of a 3h, or at least not from some models. What would be interesting is to test 4, 5 and even 6 hybrids to see which hybrids deliver the best combination of launch, spin, descent angle.

Personally I only carry a 4h, a 3h produces too flat a ball flight and too much run out for me, I get better results with a 7w. But what I want from a hybrid is a specific carry distance and a certain peak height.
