Many golfers struggle with fat shots, thin shots, and inconsistent strikes because they turn their shoulders too flat in the backswing.
In this golf lesson, PGA Pro Kerrod Gray and Liam James (@liamjamesgolf) demonstrate the correct shoulder turn move that helps you stay centered, rotate properly, and strike the ball with consistency.

Kerrod would you suggest setting up with the trail foot slightly back to assist with the correct move?
I wonder if the shoulder plane angle changes with different clubs. I would think driver vs. sand wedge for example…
I would not want anyone to move the left shoulder down. Doing that will put you in all sorts of trouble. Because of the tilt the left shoulder will look like it moves down, but us average golfers in my opinion should not be trying to move it down as a feel.
Fantastic video! Extremely helpful! Thank you very much.
Thanks, something simple to fix it ,that bad rotation, and keep the till of the shoulder , good drill.
