  1. In this video, you’ll see a player who does something most amateurs never learn:
He uses lag to compress the ball with incredible efficiency.

    And the result?
A powerful, effortless strike—one that holds up even with less speed or strength.

Now, as we get older, we naturally lose some speed. That’s normal.
But what if you had a technique that actually worked better as your swing speed dropped?

That’s exactly what this move offers.
The problem is: most golfers try to copy it by using more muscle—
and that’s the fastest way to destroy your timing.

    So here’s the real key:
It's not just about what you practice, but how you build it into your swing.

And this is where the right method makes all the difference.

You don’t learn lag at full speed.
You don’t learn it by hitting ball after ball at the range.

You learn it step by step:

Step 1: Start without a ball. Just focus on the motion. Stay relaxed. Feel how the club shallows and the wrists stay loaded.
Step 2: Still no ball—but now go through the motion slowly. Can you keep the lag without forcing it?
Step 3: Add a ball, but ignore the result. Just a small one-third swing. Light contact. Stay in control.
Step 4: If that feels good, go to a two-thirds swing. Still no full effort.
Step 5: Only now—after mastering the movement—go to a full swing with full ball flight.

Each step builds on the last.
You’re not just swinging—you’re programming a new pattern. And once it's in your system, it stays.

In my Golf School newsletter, I send you the exact drill for this. But even more important than the drill is how you use it.

  2. He uses lag to compress the ball with incredible efficiency. ? I don't understand anything in that sentence !! I'm not smart enough to be here. Thank you anyway…

  3. '엄마인 왼손등이 리드를 하며 제대로 눌러주지 않으면 아들인 오른손은 망한다!를 역으로 보여주는 대표적인 케이스!😂

  4. The most life changing moment in my swing was when I decided to get club data, and research the cause and effect of said club data, then implement changes in front of a monitor that shows club data so I could visually see if they were working or not.

Went from over the top, to 15-25 degrees inside to out(trail shoulder getting stuck), and finally to 2-5 degrees inside to out consistently. When you get your club path and angle of attack on the plane, then it's just simple mechanics from there.

Broke 80 for the first time this year.

  5. Do not trying to make certain wirst postion which makes your wirst hard not flexible. Leading your club with left arms and trying to fucus on rolling your left forearm out. It make you better swing and correction of your ball path. Focus on left!
