The Ayrshire-based resort was hit with a strike-off order by  Companies House  after it was late  lodging a key document.

Mr Trump   had passed control of Golf Recreation Scotland Ltd — which runs the luxury course — to a family trust    when he first entered the White House in 2017.

But a newly-released file reveals his “influence” and lists his address as his American headquarters in Jupiter, Florida.

It says: “This person has the right to exercise, or actually exercises, significant influence or control over the activities of a trust or the trustees.

“They have the right to exercise, or actually exercise, significant influence or control over the company.”

His son Eric is named as  sole director   while his other son Donald Jnr retains dual control with his dad.
