On hole #17 mom did get a 4 cause she went in the first hole on stroke 2 then putted towards the final hole and didn't quite make it and then went in on 4
that's the very reason I always use the paper and pencil for keeping score and every time someone gets the ball in go ahead and write down that score and have everyone keep a mental track of how many strokes they take to get the ball in
