I really thought Tiger was gonna crack a smile when Nelly said she was playing it at about 118, and he kind of corrected her and said he thinks it's more like 119… but he was dead serious. Tiger is so dialed it's crazy. To 99.9% of golfers, the difference between 118 and 119 wouldnt affect a single thing about the shot we hit, but to Tiger, a one yard difference MATTERS.

That was brilliant to watch tiger take a different approach around the green, both options worked, but thats how he saw it. Pretty fascinating. I was thinking stun it off the hill and roll out, but i guess very wrong lol

Tiger knows how to hit every shot there is. Man has seen and practiced it all. Millions of balls
What I find so interesting is if you compare their approach….so techie…wind, grain..slope, ridges..numerous different wedges. Then compare to similar lessons from the stars of years ago…Player, Trevino, Nicklaus…….had only a standard pitching wedge and a sand wedge. On so many shots they would bump and run a 4 or 5 iron.

Seeing how in tune top pros like these two are with their game is crazy. First shot Nelly sees it’s 89, looks up for maybe two seconds and guesses its playing mid 90’s and the shot landed pin high. The distance control and quickness of reading how far a shot is playing always amazes me.
I hope one day when she use the advice tiger gives her in a tournament and wins she shouts him out haha that would be awesome.
When Tiger introduces you as one of the best to ever live.. you go to sleep that night with the biggest smile on your face. Couldn't chisel that grin away.
