  1. Because the rest of the league doesn't want to deal with a washed QB that has more drama than on-field performance.

  2. He's keeping his optionality to the very end. It's a solid approach. We all agree some QB will get injured also.

  3. But, what if they don't draft a QB to appease him, and then he doesn't sign. Too risky all around, I would draft a QB and Rodgers can do whatever he wants, a much better plan IMO
