  1. Faxon is not the one making the putts, to call him out for Rory’s misses is absolutely ridiculous. It’s like blaming the QB coach when the QB throws an interception. Faxon is well respected for being a very good putter during his career and a good coach, enough said.

  2. How come nobody has said that Rory has given the prise money to charity. Thats what liv would never do because there just for the money first then want more

  3. Faxon- what a self serving clown trying to inject him into this like he was the one that got him over the top.

  4. Rory didnt win, Augusta set it up so he couldnt lose. Once he got the lead, Augusta made the greens hard and dry and put the holes in difficult locations so nobody could go low and catch him and even then he almost blew it. Rory even admitted in the press conference Augusta changed the greens Sunday and made it more like the US Open.

  5. Rory’s physical skill is absolutely top shelf, his mental strength and ability to focus under pressure is not. This is where Tiger separated himself from his competitors.

  6. I actually think Rory is a relatively poor putter all things considered. I remember Woods seemingly didn’t miss anything inside 8ft back in the day. Rory is more like 50/50 (in my opinion).

  7. A-holes of a feather hangout together, but Faxon is a better putter. He would have be 25 under if he took lessons from DeChambeau though.

  8. Faxon's such a tool. Overrated putting coach who held Rory back for years in these majors. Hope he ditches this dude for some new blood.

  9. Rory won because of his superior ball strking, hitting approach shots to 2 feet for birdie. Don't get it twisted, He is absolutely terrible at making putts of 5 feet when he needs to. There are ample evidence to back this up…

  10. This is by far my favorite Masters. I know 86 was great, but since I think Jack is a turd, I put this one at the top!

  11. Listening to Faxon on TV is akin to watching paint dry. I actually think he sleeps with Mcilroy, as that name is every third word out of Faxon's mouth. Surely, NBC and The Golf Channel can find someone better than him for analysis?

  12. Replying to the naysayers against Rory and Faxon. Do you feel more important after criticizing them? The Masters is one of the most difficult courses to putt. Rory may not have putted great but look at all the other players. Denny McCarthy one of the best putters wasn't much better at Augusta than Rory. And putting stats are subjective. Depends on approach shots and pitching and chipping as well as bunker play. Get the ball close to the hole and a pro will most likely make more putts.

  13. Rory tried to lose as hard as any major in the past 11yrs, but nobody else had the game to take Rory up on his graciousness. The golf gods seem to be watching over him; on 11 the nut stops 3 inches from a rinsing, but the playoff hole he found a way not to sail his nut into the azaleas.

  14. Brad made such a contribution to Rory’s putting that we should all be grateful to him! He now looks consistently confident on the greens

  15. Brad made such a contribution to Rory’s putting that we should all be grateful to him! He now looks consistently confident on the greens

  16. I’ll bet Rory couldn’t even feel his arms on the last five greens. The nerves had to be almost unbearable.
