i like your content Pete but the Old Course in reverse has been done to death by numerous YTs and thats why YT's are losing subscribers.
I think you started out caring to much about the idiosyncracies of the reverse layout and how that translates into content, instead of just playing each hole as it presents itself. No matter the course or layout, golf is always a one shot at a time undertaking.
Not sure if you said anything about it pete but i think you played the course backwards, crazy. Jks side great vid:D

Write a letter to the PGA Pete and ask them to alternate it for when the next Open is held. Day 1 Backwards, day 2 forwards, day 3 backwards, day 4 forwards. Reckon it will change the dynamics a little.

We have a golf trip here in Michigan with a couple different courses. Forest Dunes (Front 9 with trees, Back 9 with sand dunes abound). Then there's The Loop! An 18 hole course that you play clockwise on one day, then next day you play the course in reverse!
What a cool experience. And from what I understand, that's about as beautiful a day as you can get in Scotland.
