oooooh! It hurts just watching that 1st demonstration! Luckily I learnt from Hogan's 5 Lessons and worked on the grip for a few weeks before starting to hit golf balls ( like a total wierdo! 😂). It set a great foundation, getting me to mid-single figures. However, favouring a fade, I do fall into the 'incorrect K' sometimes, so will hip-bump my way back to longevity. Great video – thanks guys!
Hi Adam, righthanded player who has been struggling with left lower back pain, so this is timely! In that reverse K set-up position, do you recommend 50-50 weight/pressure between the two feet to start? And then does that change at all in the backswing, or does it stay 50-50 until the weight shifts at the beginning of downswing?
1:03 Fart? 😄 A lot of times I notice that my lower back locks up on the right side from getting up and down out of the cart too much. Shooting 110+ always felt better walking than chasing down the ball with a cart, but I'm really tall and, thankfully, I'm not taking that many strokes anymore.
Good timing for your video as I’m sitting at home with lower back pain wondering if I’ll be able to golf tomorrow. Think I’ll try strengthening my grip a little to see if it helps.
Quick question guys. On the takeaway, should your lead knee point to 1 o’clock with foot pressure on your big toe area or 3 o’clock while your whole foot just rolls to the inside

The hip bump actually kills my lower back…
Lol perfect timing. I just recently wrenched my low back trying to work out the hip sway in my backswing.
Finally, these guys are getting back to what made the channel great. Great work guys. Miss your channel Mike, it was excellent.
