Here’s a little locomotion flow improvisation from the end of my training session today.

To learn locomotion flow sequences like this, it’s wise to first practice the individual skills in isolation, then practice putting them together one at a time in close chain combinations.

Eventually with enough skills in your personal training vocabulary, you can begin to improvise and make sequences up as you feel in then moment.

Locomotion Flow improves strength, mobility and fluidity of the body and is an amazing addition to any movement training practice.
