  1. I think the problem is how kids are taught. It seems almost from day one kids are told throw hard and spin it. Doesn't really matter where you locate. I think this is another problem that analytics has caused in the game. Also think all the TJ injuries are a background effect of this philosophy.

  2. I think the bigger problem is the Orioles went cheap in free agency and didn’t bring in an Ace. We are wasting these years of having young talented players on rookie contracts.

  3. You get what is available. It is not always about money, but opportunity, chance, and family (see Corbin Burnes).
    Plus, there is a plan. Sadly, injuries happen. We dealt with adversity at the beginning of 2023 and came out with the most wins since Steve Stone won the AL CY Young (25-7) in 1980.
