You guys really need to work on your customer service. I ordered a bike last week and have tried to get ahold of someone, but nobody ever responds. I called both phone numbers, online chat (Useless bot) and submitted two tickets and never get a response to the status of my order. What's going on? Do I need to contact my credit card company and get my money back? It says, "Unfulfilled". Where is everybody?
