💯 of good golfers make this same lower body move, and it goes like this;
– Early bump away from the target to shift pressure and start moving the club
– Hips start moving back towards the target before they finish there backswing to re centre there pressure
– Hips move more towards the target in the downswing, ending up at least 5 inches ahead of where they started.
This move happens with irons as well as woods, the only difference would be the position of your head at impact in relation to the golf ball.
If you follow these steps with this fool proof drill you will instantly improve your strike and create waaaay more power!
