Rory McIlroy On Chasing A Feeling On The Golf Course | The 2025 Masters

Rory McIlroy enters the 2025 Masters seeking his first Green Jacket. He reflects on his history at Augusta National and his mental preparation ahead of the 89th Mathers Tournament.

Since 1934, the Masters Tournament has been home to some of golf’s greatest moments. Amidst blooming azaleas, towering pines and flowering dogwoods, the first full week of April ushers in a stage unique to golf and to sport. Over four days and 72 holes, the smallest field in major championship golf competes for a chance to capture the Green Jacket and a place in Masters history.

  1. The reporter mentioning that Rory once compared himself to Abraham Lincoln is the most cringeworthy thing I've heard all year, one of those men abolished slavery, and the other steals phones from kids at golf events and puts them in the bin – then cries about LIV being bad for the game…….
