From the highlights looked like the champ took the champ rds to win.

Great fight, but clear win for Tsutusmi again. They wanted to protect Higa from a 4th loss. Not interested in a 3rd since Tsutsumi had won twice already.

Tsutsumi looked surprised to hear that the decision was a draw because he thought he had lost. I think the result was good because they are good buddies.
To think that Inoue destroyed Higa in an exhibition just trolling him the whole time.
