I think people forget that the commanders just didn’t really have a good roster at all last year when Jayden had his great year

As a Bears fan I want to see the whole QB draft class succeed not just Caleb. I think JD5 will be awesome and I think Caleb and will take a jump it’s not difficult to say both.

Would have been smarter to have ANYONE else on here besides Adam Rank. Then again, anyone who would put their professional reputation at risk by including the dumbest man in every NFL discussion known as Adam Rank doesn't exactly have the brain capacity to get someone more qualified to talk on the subject.

The Challenge that Caleb Williams will face in season 2 is whether or not the team and fanbase will be patient with him. Remember, the Bears have already set up a difficult situation for Caleb. In year two, he is likely on his third offense. That means instead of using season two to grow in his comfort and familiarity with an existing system, he gets to start over from square one. I'm not saying Williams will struggle the same way Bryce Young did in his sophomore year, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it take until the back 7 games of 2025 to really begin to find his grove.
Its reasonable to question how much of Jayden Daniel's rookie season he can recreate. He still looks like one of the top QBs in the league, but now the league has tape on him and you start to get the cat and mouse game of defenses adjusting to Daniels while Daniels adjusts to the NFL.
I think too many people are underestimating the injury probability to Drake Maye. Unless New England does something magical in the Draft, I seriously question Maye's ability to survive the entire season behind that offensive line.
Bo Nix was basically landed in the perfect spot for his development. I don't think he has a fraction of this success if he was drafted by any other team. We will have to see if the two can continue a successful collaboration.
You didn't mention Val Kilmer's best performance in the Sci Fi/ Fantasy Willow. He played Madmartigan – the greatest swordsman to ever live. Just watch his very first scene where he
is left to die in a cage.
Daniels is a very different type of player = Lighting in a Bottle
Caleb Williams isn’t bad but he didn’t look great either. The mental component of the game looked hard for him, decision making was slow etc. that’s hard to teach
As a bears fan now that we have Ben Johnson and we rebuild the offensive line I feel like Caleb Williams is going to have a way better season 🐻⬇️
