The Final Hole of Tiger’s 2019 Victory | Masters Tournament

Watch the entire scene play out at hole No. 18 as Tiger Woods closes out his fifth Green Jacket at the 2019 Masters Tournament.

Since 1934, the Masters Tournament has been home to some of golf’s greatest moments. Amidst blooming azaleas, towering pines and flowering dogwoods, the first full week of April ushers in a stage unique to golf and to sport. Over four days and 72 holes, the smallest field in major championship golf competes for a chance to capture the Green Jacket and a place in Masters history.

  1. I remember watching it live, I still watch the 2019 final round broadcast every year in preparation for the upcoming masters and it still gives me chills

  2. Six years later, I still can’t believe this actually really happened absolutely unbelievable One of the two times I cried during a sporting event.

  3. So glad I got to see Tiger win a major, I only really started watching golf in 2009. First major moment is Tom Watson just missing out at Turnberry in 09. Mickelson at the masters in 2010. But this was really great to see. Tiger Woods the goat winning back at Augusta. That car accident is so annoying, because he really was back here. Not sure that leg can take it now.

  4. I definitely shed a tear watching Tiger hug each one of his family members. You could see how much he loves them

  5. Still… goosebumps, and maybe a tear watching this utterly unabashed show of emotion, and genuine joy. Topped off by those hugs with mom and the kids. Then the friends and supporters. Man what a moment in sport.

  6. It is still a special moment..golf world waited for this..hope you’ll continue to bring the best players in the world into the masters and not exclude them..golf is a merit sport not a entitlement sport

  7. Imagine if hadn’t turned into an alcoholic raging womanizer he might have won 3 masters by this time.

  8. To let Nike go THE GOAT after biggest comeback in history is by far dumbest marketing move in history.

  9. I was there on 16 green and when that putt went in you could feel the energy shift in his favor. We got to 18 green as fast as we could. Although we couldn’t see the putt, it was chilling listening to the “Tiger” chant.

  10. 14 April 2019 – will never ever forget that day, such a special moment as a golf fan, Tiger Woods was written off by so many people…then he wins his 5th green jacket to silence the doubters 💪

  11. I’m curious as to what the tv ratings were on this day. Has to be one of the most watched final day of golf ever.

  12. I remember hearing his Caddie say about this. Tiger asked for the final putt “hey can I get a read on that?” And the caddie was like “No, it’s 16inches away your Tiger woods just hit it in.” 😂

  13. I feel very fortunate to have lived in a time where I have been able to witness some of the goats like Tiger and MJ.

  14. I can even remember the clothing was wearing watching this it stuck with me that much. What a moment. What a player. TW

  15. What a guy!
Crazy how much he’s aged in the last couple of years.
Shame he’s out for this years event.
