Part 3/6 – Highlights of holes 15 and 16 of the Mountain Course at La Quinta Resort & Club. The Mountain Course was once again named one of the Top 100 Public Courses by Golfweek for 2009.

2 great shots…….The Mountain Course is maybe my favorite course. Love how it goes way back where there are few homes. I first started coming to LQ in 1986 during 60 year anniversary and everything at the hotel was $26, room golf etc. The Hotel was much less commercialized back then and a quiet retreat complete with sunken bar in the lounge area near the Hotel front desk.
The hole before this the 14th is one of my faves….have asked my buddies to lay my ashes up behine the green.
