  3. Not a bad diet brother. Definitely don’t need the shit at the end there for dessert though. That’s taking your body more effort to digest and push through your body than any actual nutritional benefit from the training you do. If you’re going to have ice cream and cookies have it after a run because the bodies starving for any carbs… realistically though rest looks great but I would suggest cutting that dessert out and changing it to 2 eggs and a large glass of milk

  5. If you cut out the banana & peanut butter from your diet I guarantee you'll no longer struggle getting calories in. Those 2 foods are terrible for digestion

  6. Dang who pays for all that food? That’s impressive the amount of food you consume. But you burn so many calories that you need to eat a lot of food.

  7. Damn what’s your fastest mile time, hell I’m a new runner but my fastest mile is probs not even 7 minutes I can’t imagine holding 6 minute mile pace for more than a minute right now lmao

  8. I love how your first mile is a “casual” 6:54 minute to warm up, then sub 6s the next 17 miles.

    I know you’re a pro and dedicate a lot of time into it, but good lord that’s insanely fast.
